Does MegaRed work as well as fish oil for reducing inflammation?

I hate taking fish oil because of the possible mercury content.

I heard it explained like this. MegaRed is pure Krill oil. It is 3 times more potent than Fish Oil. Fish Oil is the middle man, between you and the Krill Oil.

The fish eat the Krill. We basically take that oil from the fish (it's still the krill oil) that they absorbed.

For me I have found that it works better. Also once you get it down (smells aweful out of the packet) there is little to no fishy burps. Good Luck!
