It comes and goes the joints will all of a sudden start to feel like they are not there.
Like in my neck, I feel like my head becomes wobbly and heavy and I feel bone on bone like there is no cushion
all through my back too
and often
my my wrists and shoulders feel like they are coming out of the socket
lots of nerve issues too
hot sensations in the nerves
any input on this would help if any one else has had this or heard of this please help.

I have a genetic condition that causes hypermobile joints. I do experience frequent joint dislocations.
Usually the joints pop in and out on their own. Sometimes I have to seek medical help. It does cause great pain.
When I was younger and before I got sick I was more athletic. I was always extremely flexible but I think that my strong muscles helped to hold my joints together better. I am weaker now and have less protection.
ImSoTired, I am not a doctor and can't diagnose you or even try to guess why you are having these problems. I can only encourage you to continue to look for the cause. Keep going to doctors until you find one that listens and is willing to figure out what is going on.
In your case a rheumatologist may help. If you really are having bone on bone problems then you will need to see an orthopedic surgeon. You will also need a neurologist to help with the nerve symptoms.
I know that is probably the last thing you wanted to hear, go to more doctors. I understand. I don't want to see anymore doctors either. But it is necessary for you to get the diagnosis that you so desperately need so that you can start life saving treatment.
