A bad nervous system herx for me includes tremors & major twitching.

How can we protect our nerves from a big herx like this?

What would be considered high doses of activated charcoal? I have tabs of 564 mg.

Xanax for twiching and tremors (works for me). I don't get that much twitching and tremors lately, I have an internal tremor though.

Anyways, xanax was doing wonders for me back in the day when I twitched all over.
