If you had to choose between the two...which would you pick and why?

I'm thinking of going back to Buhner because of the expense of Cowden. Was on Buhner last year, but quit because it was so many pills to swallow.
On Cowden now and there's so much conflicting info as to how to do it with little help. There's a question as to how the complete protocol bought in a very expensive package works compared to te nonn-infused herbs bought individually.
I made my own capsules for Buhner, so it was affordable.
