I am making a order to vitacost and would like your feedback on vitamins that are helpful to have for Bart and Lyme.
I also need a detox kit. If you have any ideas i would appreciate it.
Im already taking Magnesium for the joint pain.
What else would be beneficial to take?
Also Im not taking a pro biotic pill but I'm supplementing with Kefir and Kombucha drink. Is this ok or should I get a pro biotic pill.
I have read some of others post and some say Chlorella , spiralena and some others Im not sure of.
Any help would be great.

I would recommend getting EAV, ART or muscle tested to figure out what your body is needing.
I can tell you what I give my son, in general, as we have been adjusting for symptoms as he improves:
Trace minerals High dose Vit C Magnesium B complex, B12 High dose D (this is controversial as Marshal Protocol calls for NO D at all) Zinc Omega Oils CQ 10 once a week HIGH dose high quality probiotic
For detox we alternate weeks of: Chlorella Bionite Clay And if he has a really bad herx reaction Activated Charcol
Also pay really close attention to antioxidant foods, and enzyme foods.
Of course this is just what we are doing not what you should do.
I'm sure the Kefir and Kombucha are great helpers too!
Good luck.

- While this would take awhile, you may want to refer to the articles and books here by LL authors: ------------------------
Integrative / Holistic M.D., etc. (Be aware that those in this category can have various levels of formal herbal &/or nutritional education, perhaps even just a short course. Do ask first.)
Links to many articles and books by holistic-minded LL doctors of various degrees who all have this basic approach in common:
Understanding of the importance of addressing the infection(s) fully head-on with specific measures from all corners of medicine;
knowing which supplements have direct impact, which are only support and which are both.
You can compare and contrast many approaches.
BASIC HERBAL EDUCATIONAL & SAFETY links, etc. -

- Rather than a "detox kit" (as some methods can be too strong) I like the idea of good "liver support" better.
Milk thistle & Dandelion are two basics that are excellent. More detail on that thread above - and with other replies.
Always check with your LLMD about everything you take - or change. Also be clear on the timing of everything you take. It matters.
Generally, keep all three categories separate by at least a couple hours: Rx; Probiotics; Nutritional supplements.
Before starting on any vitamin D supplement, you should have two levels tested. Then the amount of Vitamin D would be detailed for your body. Too little D creates damage; too much is toxic.
It depends on the levels for YOUR body.
If you are NOT ON DOXY (?) the sun is the best way to get vitamin D this time of year. With no sunscreen, no glasses or contact lens' in - just be in daylight with some sun on your skin for 20 minutes early in the day.
The daylight, alone, into our eyes with no glass or plastic between our eyes and the day light (not direct sun into the eyes, though) - well that creates important chemicals in the body.
It even helps the body produce a natural sunscreen, so to speak. But sunglasses (as do other glasses or contacts) block that. -
