I took oral clindamycin 150mg 2x/day for 5 years. It stopped fibromyalgia paim and reduced joint swelling. I took some probiotics too and never had C-diff.
Then it stopped working and now I'm doing teasel root tincture and curcumin capsules to lower inflammation.
We're all different when it comes to what works. I contracted a slow-growing fibro strain in CA in 1981.

I haven't taken it IV, but I took oral and didn't herx very much on it. No side effects for me, but I was really careful to always take probiotics and S. Boulardii.
