Gigi, was wondering if you could answer a few qs for me.
Does kpu excrete metals or does it help you to excrete them? Should I take things like dmsa or EDTA with kpu protocol? How long to take the kpu protocol?
The kpu protocol says to take zinc and manganese in the am, but the core supplement has everything combined. So do I have to buy zinc and manganese separately or Can I use the core supplement and take it whenever?
Is using a cilantro tincture more effective than sprinkling dried cilantro over food? If I can use dried cilantro, how much to use per day ito help with heavy metals? If I use the tincture do I mix it in water and swallow or hold under tongue?
