I have had it with these crazy Dr's. I have been dealing with a hemo/oncologist who has dx me with low grade myelodysplasia(pre leukemia) and Hyperferritinemia cataract syndrome (since all the females in my family were born with cataracts).
My Ferrin level is now 1488 (in Jan it was 1207). Iron,Total 69 (was 146 Jan) Iron binding capacity 447 %saturation 15 Low wbc 3.5 Hemoglobin 11.4L Hematocrit 34.1 L RDW 16.3 H
Two days a go I went to the ER because I was so weak, lips tingling and numb, couldn't put words together, pounding noise in head and ears. Blood pressure 89/52. And guess what...You guessed it, They found nothing.
The Hemotologist said,"Did I put you on Aderell"
So that was it for me. I think all these symptoms are from either Babesiosis or Bartonella.
I had ruled them out because in 2008 the only thing that came back positive was Lyme.
The thing that has me worried is the High ferritin level. Am I going to rust like the tin man in the Wizard of Oz.
I am also, looking for a good LLMD. And people are really giving me some very helpful info.

For the LLMD, ask in 'seeking a doctor'. I could only help if you were in the Northeast.
As for bart or babesia, I certainly can't tell from your lab results. There may be enough information there, but I don't know how to interpret it.
What other symptoms are you having? Have you read up on the co-infection symptom list in Burrascano's guide? The tests for bart are even worse than that for lyme, and babesia isn't much better. Any LLMD will diagnose those based on symptoms.

Ferritin can be elevated when one has inflammation in the body.
Mine was over 3,000...haven't had it checked recently...from a combination of inflammation and too many iron infusions given in an attempt to fix my chronic anemia....but the iron did nothing, and neither has anything else (B12 shots, folic acid supplements, etc.).
My anemia is from "chronic disease" (read: Lyme/co's) and the doctors just don't seem to get it.
Even when the hospital gave me a medication to stimulate RBC production, my blood counts still stayed too low.
