I told my doctor recently that I needed a break from the abc. I have been on abc for 2 years and I just tired of it. For the most part I do ok. I get mild pain here and there a some hear skips from time to time. I know these are both signs of active infections but can also be cause by yeast, gut leak etc...
So I am taking a break a see if working on my gut helps any...I go back to my doc in a month so I hope things are better by then...I am just tired of it.

I have done this and read of other people doing so. I don't think there is any problem with it especially since you are seeing your doc in a couple of months.
