taking B suprme 1, B12 methylcobalamine shots, L-methyl B6 and B12. Im mthf for 677 and 1298. My brain is on constant anyway, could too much be bad? I want the brain to shut for just taking in now, but its way too active. On ocd meds, anafranil, hate to think what id be like without it. Eventually I can cut down and off which I've done before, not now. Anyone?

I have homozygous MTHFR C677T and I have trouble tolerating B vitamins, especially B12. They make me jittery/anxious/hypomanic/racing thoughts.

I would ask your doctor about backing off some of the B's until your methylation cycle is functioning better.
