My daughter is on probiotics, and suffering from anxiety, anger issues, and overall "icky" feelings.
It is strange that her yeast tests very low, so I am not sure if it is die-off or not.
Should I treat as die-off with detox baths, etc? Any other suggestions gratefully welcomed!

Is she in treatment for Bartonella? That's what it sounds like to me.

These symptoms also sound like a herx.
Anxiety is a symptom of low magnesium. The Lyme bacteria depletes the body of magnesium, causing many of the Lyme symptoms.
The liver needs more magnesium to process the poisons left behind by dead Lyme bacteria.
Is your daughter eating foods high in magnesium? Dark chocolate Almonds, almond butter Beans, kidney beans, baked beans, bean soup, bean burritoes
Epsom salt baths will provide magnesium that is absorbed through the skin.

Have you treated her for parasites??? Check the symptom list at Humaworm. Parasites play a MAJOR role in Lyme disease. Anxiety is high on the list for parasitic infection.

Thank you for the great replies! I will ask her physician about Bartonella. Is that transmitted congenitally?
Carol, definitely I will up her magnesium. GREAT idea, which slipped my mind.
glm, I will check into parasites. UGH! Thank you again everyone!

Are you saying that these symptoms started with the probiotics? Some kids can't tolerate the strep strains in some probiotics (s.thermophilus). It activates PANDAS type symptoms in them (anxiety, rage, OCD, tics).
