Just want to see how others react to this supplement. It's seems quite good. I'm not sure how long to take it, though. It says at least 40 days.

I also read it's good to take a probiotic while on it. What's your experience?

I took it for quite a while and didn't think it did anything. I tried it for a few months after one of my antibiotics.
