I always felt great right after but tired next couple days...could have been a herx.

Wasn't sure if u could herx. Did you feel it right away? Did u do many sessions?

I did 12 sessions. Didn't get as wiped out around the 6th session.

I had a great practioner who did PT manuel therapy with me too but I couldn't afford more treatments.

I wish I got more from it to justify the cost of added sessions.
