Hi

Could air hunger be a symptom fl1953 instead of babesia?

I have a theory about the cause of air hunger, a symptom I've had myself. In the same way that Borrelia can cause transient paralysis or weakness of an arm, leg, etc., it can do the same thing with the diaphragm. A diaphragm thus affected will not be able to cause full lung-expansion, with the resulting feeling of air-hunger, or inability to take a deep breath.

In severe cases, it can cause acute respiratory failure in a Lyme patient. A 57 y.o. woman I was trying to help get appropriate Lyme treatment ended up dying from this. Her PCP ignored her complaints, finally reluctantly agreed to treat her for Lyme, but she died anyway.

No where on the death cert did he list Lyme Disease as even contributing to her death. I have reported him to the CT State Medical Board for covering up a Lyme death. They are investigating. This is the same Medical Board that shafted Dr. J.
