I've been using an EMEM5 since mid June and have beed getting noticeable weaker and weaker.

Lots of pain issue also.

Is the weakness part of rifing?

I don't seem to get any strength back either, just get weaker.

How often are you rifing? How many minutes per freq? What's your detox protocol?

Got to get the dead garbage out. Detox is key with rife too.

I'm using several different frqs adding a minute each session. I try to rife at least twice a week.

I only use the detox freq, 10000 freq, once or twice a month.

I just started rifing a couple of months ago. Herxing a day or two after a session is normal but detox is important whether you are rifing or not.

You can rife daily for several other symptoms such as pain, candida, parasites, but you shouldn't rife for Lyme more than every 12 days.

You can use the 10000 frequency for pain every day. Did you get the Bryan Rosner book? Also did you get any instructions with your EMEM5 machine?

Are all the freqs lyme? Or are you adding in co freqs too?

I think you are overwhelming your system. Detox and 10,000 should be more often. I like to follow any rife protocol with 5 minutes of 10,000.

I will tell you in '03 when I started using rife I could only rife for lyme every 10-14 days because the herx reactions where so rough.

In those days I didn't even do anything for bart or babs. I was so toxic from the 3+ yrs of abx that it took forever to clean up that mess.

The 1st year of rife was NOT easy. Finally got my lyme bacteria load down enough that there was periods of feeling better.

I agree with faith about rifing in between for parasites, candida etc. Even those freqs can bring on a healing crisis.

Go slow. There is not a quick way of doing this.

As others have also voiced concern:

Rife treatments for lyme must not be done more frequently than every 12 days. More often can risk kidney failure or serious damage.

Rife can be used for other reasons during that 12 day wait - just not for lyme.

See safety detail in Rosner's book and other links in the next thread.

adding a minute each session - is usually way too much, too soon for ANY reason.

" . . . only use the detox freq, 10000 freq, once or twice a month."

10,000 MUST be used at the end of EVERY Rife session. Must. Very important to help diminish herx and strain on liver and kidneys.

I'm sorry that you did not have that information.

Hold on. Hope you feel better.

I only used Lyme frequencies once every two weeks. I built up until I could do 25-30 each session.

and yes, be sure to use the 10,000 for min 2 min at the end of each session

Well it's obvious from the comments I'm receiving that I'm going too fast, especially with lyme.

I rife for lyme, babesia, bartonella and incontinence every 3-4 days sometimes longer between sessions. Definetly at least once a week.

I wish there were directions that told you when to rife, which frequecy to use, how long to use it and for how long.

Most of my reactions have been pain after using a frequency, but once the pain subsides I dont seem to have a problem with that frequency again. Should I keep using it or move on.

So many questions, so much I don't understand.

I have Bryan Rosners book-read it twice. [confused]

I used to rotate the freqs for Lyme, etc. The ones you no longer "have a problem with" would be good ones to try again later... to be sure you got what needed to be killed out.

Have you researched on the web? I got most of my info from Bryan's book and just plugged away at it.

he states in his book not to rife more often than every 2 weeks for lyme

What about the co-infections? How often can I rife for them?

And what about the different detox frequncies? How often can I rife for them?
