My LLMD wanted me to start Ketek but had to me go for a EKG to make sure I don't have Prolonged QT interval and unfortunately I do so he said no go on the Ketek and wanted me to take Factive instead, but now that I am looking into Factive it sounds like it has the same problems? Has anyone had this issue, what did you take in place of those? Trying to cross the blood/brain barrier and clear up some brain fog, memory and word finding issues etc..

I'm not that familiar with Factive. Be careful of Biaxin and Avelox too if you have QT.

Aren't all quinolones a problem??
