Is it a herx or is it a toxic dump?
If it's a herx, then take alka seltzer gold and glutathione, per Dr. H.'s suggestion.
If it's toxins recirculating, then bind with charcoal, cholestyramine, welchol, chitosan, chlorella or apple pectin.
In both cased take water, lemon water and detox.
