Can anything besides yeast cause nausea? I get nauseous a lot, especially after eating fibrous foods. I think they may be hard to digest. Sometimes when I throw up I see food that I ate like 8 or more hours previous too.

What kind of diet are you eating? Also, which drugs are you taking. Pain meds & abx can cause nausea. Maybe try eating a bland diet - rice, eggs, oatmeal, cooked veggies, chicken soup, broth, plain noodles...? I used to eat crackers alot when I was nauseous. Ginger or peppermint tea can help, too.

I used to work with alot of Koreans. They drink a really strong ginger tea with a few pine nuts in it. It's great if you have a cold or for nausea...
Guess you'll be eating some crow pie, Libra72... I think ginger tea is recommended for morning sickness, too.
You can mix the mint & ginger together. There's a recepie for iced tea with ginger, mint, lemon, green tea & honey... It's great. I used to make it alot. You simmer the fresh ginger first, then throw in the mint (spearmint or peppermint or both) & green tea. Add lemon & honey to taste & chill it.

It sounds like you may have mild gastroparesis, esp if you see food from 8 hours ago.
