What's up with the sinus headaches? I stopped all treatment in April. Slowly my symptoms have returned. I have an almost daily sinus headache, residing usually in my right sinus. I also have recurring nausea and heartburn. Any thoughts? Anyone else have these symptoms? Thanks.

I take PepZin GI for heartburn, with very good results. I had been using d-limonene for a while, but when I began using the PepZin, I realized it worked better.
Amazon.com may have better prices.

I don't know why, but people with Lyme often have heartburn. Both d-Limonene and zinc kill bacteria, so maybe there is some bacteria in the stomach that causes the problems. (This is speculation on my part.)
Sinus problems are common among people with Lyme. This may be because a systemic (bodywide) infection like Lyme causes increased fibrin in the blood.
The increased fibrin causes sinus secretions to become thicker, and the sinuses do not drain as well. You can reduce fibrin by taking systemic enzymes, and this helps clear up sinus problems. It also reduces biofilm. Google for serrapeptase sinus. I have not had a sinus infection since I began taking systemic enzymes.
Another thing that seems to help decongest my sinuses is the SOTA LightWorks.
The LED light reduces inflammation. When I used the light paddle on my face to heal pimples, I noticed that the sinus underneath the area would open up.

For me, the bartonella seems to have been the cause of my daily sinus-like headache. Once I started treating that, they got much better.

The weather this summer has caused a lot of us to suffer Sinus Headaches; mild winter didn�t help this matter. Mode, ragweed, Indoor dust and dander levels etc. have been very high in the last couple of months.
If this is the cause for you, it should start improving going into the colder months. I�ve had sinus headaches all my life but, the past 6-7 weeks have been the worst ever. I had a couple of day with no symptoms but, in the most part I�ve had sinus headaches 24/24 seven days a week for month and half.
Sinus problems can cause, migraines & headaches, and any inflammation can be caused by allergies or an infection.
And yes, many people also have chronic sinus problems when one has Lyme Disease.

Interesting thing is that I don't have any of the normal symptoms of a sinus infection. I have no abnormal drainage, colored stuff, etc. Just pain in my right sinus primarily.

I've had my share of sinus infections, in my note above I was referring to sinus problems relating to allergies.
You can suffer with headaches and pains in your face due to allergies, without having a sinus infection.

I do have seasonal allergies, so that makes sense.
