I did some rifing, several weeks ago now, for bart, lyme and babs.
I developed hives a couple days later. And I still have them. They come and go. Some days they are so faded they are almost gone. Then a few days later they are back again, bright red and my hands and eyes are itchy.
I havent rifed again for several weeks.
Is this still a herx reaction?
I am taking milk thistle, nac, alpa liopic acid and charcoal for liver support. Also drink 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of fluid a day-mostly water.
I am also having discomfort in my liver area.
Basically why I'm backing off on the rifing. Posted by Joshua1.5 (Member # 36367) on :
I have not rifed, but I often have hives come and go when I am toxic and my system is trying to detox. Sometimes this has lasted a month or more. If/when it is accompanied by wheezing or pressure in the throat (which it often is for me), I take antihistamines in addition to my detox just to help make me more comfortable so I can rest. I wish you all the best.

Hives can be vey indicative for parasites. Parasites/worms can be a co-infection of Lyme and is often overlooked. You may also be suffering from liver flukes. and the rife is stirring them up.
Maybe try some antiparsitic herbs such as Parastroy or Humaworm. Check the symptom list at Humaworm and also google parasite symptoms.
