Like many other Lymies, I've been diagnosed with

mono a lot...but it seems like actual information

about chronic monic/EBV is limited...I just got

tested again and haven't checked in with my LLMD

yet...but the results just say that my IgG is high

(196.00 when the flag is from 0.0-21.9 U/ml). Is

this just normal for anyone who has had mono?

I would also like answers to this although I have given up on this.

Different doctors have discounted EBV/mono titers as "well everyone who has had mono will test positive", but that is really not true.

They just don't know.

Even a monospot will not be positive if the infection is not active, but because (at least me) doctors do not know how to explain it, they just discount it.

I hope you find your answers

Take Lauricidin pellets available online. Start out slowly with 1 pellet and work up to a scoop a day.

Easiest way to keep the EBV titers down. Lyme infection activates a lot of dormant infections.
