I would also like answers to this although I have given up on this.
Different doctors have discounted EBV/mono titers as "well everyone who has had mono will test positive", but that is really not true.
They just don't know.
Even a monospot will not be positive if the infection is not active, but because (at least me) doctors do not know how to explain it, they just discount it.

Take Lauricidin pellets available online. Start out slowly with 1 pellet and work up to a scoop a day.
Easiest way to keep the EBV titers down. Lyme infection activates a lot of dormant infections.
