Hey All, I've recently noticed that my lymph nodes seem to be extra swollen and tender and I was wondering if anyone here has tried lymph drainage massage and if so what were the outcomes?
Thanks!

Great tx protocol. It's not an one and done process. It takes time and repeated sessions to be the lymph nodes flowly.
You'll be surprised just how quickly they can clog up again. I started with once a week for a couple months and then every 2 weeks for about month and then once a month for a few years.
It does make a difference. It's all part of the extremely important part of detoxing. If things aren't flowing, you can't get well. Detox is #1.
Also using a in home size rebounder is a good way to help also keep the nodes going. I still think it would be better to start therapy with a lymph massage person for a period of time.
Rebounding is not so easy when you are having knee, joint, balance, dizziness or feet issues. Gentle rebounding which is what is recommended is just too much for some?????

Lymphomyosot (Liquid). Poke Root. Red Root work well. You need to do that 2-3 times a day.
I really like Lavage (www.detoxmetals.com) because it has everything in it and you should never run out of the drainage remedies. If the toxins can't come out, the nutrients cannot get in. It works both ways.
Manual lymphatic drainage is great. It is soft and gentle and should never feel like a strong massage. Just like you would touch a baby's neck. No force, no muscle.
Take a soft brush - very soft brush starting at the feet stroking toward the heart and the same starting at the top of head alongside the ears and down toward the heart.
Look up a drawing of the lymph system on the internet; it lies right below the skin -- that's why no deep massage and rubbing should be done.
I am not in favor of rebounding, because if you are dealing like most everybody els also with toxic metals, you want to stay away from bouncing on your feet moving the metals south. Gravity! Metals always move toward the lowest points in the body = the jaw area, the reproductive area, and the feet and hands, and it's difficult to walk with metals in the feet.
Best to you.
