I do not take ABX but do take other meds. and supplements 3 to 4 times a day. I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out when to take even a single dose of Bentonite Clay that my doctor has advised I take twice a day.
I've read that it's not to be taken 3 hours before or after meds/supps, but that seems excessive. What do others do?

I use bentonite clay only when I need to clean out a herx. I'm off abx and rife instead. I presume what your doc is concerned about is the clay will not only pull out your toxins but your abx also if you don't space things out.
