My LLMD has recommended that I start the Salt/C protocol. I was referred to a Yahoo group "Lyme Strategies".

They have a free thumbnail summary of the protocol, but to get the complete explanation it appears that you have to buy a book.

Does anyone know of a another resource that has the complete protocol?

Thanks
RF

The only other source for the protocol is www.lymephotos.com It is the original source of the protocol.

It is very strong and is generaly not recommended. Lymestrategies takes a more gentle approach using sea salt.

It is probaly worth the $30 to get the book they offer along with some other good guidlines.

I have done the salt/c protocol successfully, but did it on my own and don't have the book. Antiparasitic herbs also helped me enormously.

Thank you...I thought you would know...I have seen your interest with your many posts on this subject and appreciate the help & guidance.

I am also still taking rifampin, amoxicillin, and pulsing flagyl. After getting up to speed on the Salt/C, I will also be adding Japanese Knotweed.

I am a little apprehensive about taking so many things that can cause a herx. I guess Its' just one slow step at a time and see how my body handles it...

So your LLMD is recommending you take Salt C on top of ABX?

Does he have any experience with interactions of Salt C & ABX and/or herbs?

It is good to see an LLMD recommend this. Maybe this will become more commonplace in the future?

Yes it was my LLMD that recommended Salt/C & the Japanese Knotweed. She does have experience with them.

I was pleased to go in this direction, because after 3 years of ABX, we have not seen enough improvement.
