Started to get IV glutathione at LLMD office today
and immediately started to have reaction...lost
all strength, heavy feeling in chest, couldn't breath, rapid pulse, nausea, shaking, sweating!
It was awful...happened immediately. Iv was stopped, nurse called pharmacy that mixed solution
to see if there was any sulfa components in it...which I'm allergic to. There was sulfa in
it! LLMD and staff said no one has ever reacted like that! My liver enzymes continue to climb
even after being off Mepron and zith for 4 weeks. Been taking NAC, ALA and now grape seed extract.
What else can I do to bring my liver enzymes down...they are at 86 and 184? I'm scared! And
all of a sudden my sugar goes from being @60 to 148!

Anyone?

Yes, you can react to glutathione if you are allergic to sulfur. My alternative doctor knew about this.
Try drinking some milk thistle tea and eating dandelion greens, which are supposed to be good for the liver and detox.
