Wondering if anyone else has this? In addition to barely getting out of bed, my face has this dry skin type rash and its spreading to my lips, my lips are peeling and the corners of my mouth are all cut?

Shannon, The peeling lips and cracks at the corners of the mouth are symptoms of a vitamin B deficiency.
Take a good B50 or B100, which has all the B's. Taking large amounts of only one of the B's can cause other problems.
iHerb.com has lots of brands...you can look at the reviews to see which ones people find most helpful. I reduced a number of symptoms when I began taking a B multiple and sublingual B12.
Regarding the dry skin on your face, do you have dry skin anywhere else? Chapped hands? Skin bumps on the backs of your arms?
If so, this can be alleviated with Omega 3's, such as flax oil or fish oil.
I no longer need chapstick or handcream in the cold weather, after taking fish oil. There are no more blocked pores on the backs of my arms or anywhere else, for that matter.

Carol, I have dry skin naturally, this is just a distinct kind of rash, a bumpy dry rash on my face I remember having it years ago too.
I don't have dry elbows or knees, I have dry patches on my ankle bones.
Vitamin B complex is actually one that I religiously take.
