Call the local chiropractors. Most of them do it.

For someone with lyme, the best would be to find a Klinghardt one, as said above. If you're not so lucky for that, and just want someone who can generally do something like energy/muscle testing, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and EFT practitioners are some of the common suspects.
