i am going to take a break from abx and try some of these formulas and was looking for others experiences with these, are they effective etc. thanks

currently taking MC-BAB2 and MC-PZ (6 wks) along with abx. Can't tell for sure how they are helping. I don't believe anything works really quickly and it's hard to tell when taking so many things.

I use MC-BFM for biofilm and have used MC-PZ. I think they are good products.
I have met the practitioner who developed them and she is an amazing, intelligent human being.
