Because I am hypersensitive to usual meds I need a supplement that really helps against neuralgic pain.

I already take a vitamin b complex, a herbal antiinflammatory complex with curcuminoids, turmeric and boswellia and have ordered alpha lipoic acid.

take MSM - at least 4000 mg - daily -- put it into a cup of warm tea and sip it. You can buy it as powder - NOW has an 8oz or more for little money.

And concentrate on getting rid of toxic metals.
They cause more neurosymptoms than anything the infections cause. Treat parasites because they hold the metals in their skin. After you get rid or reduce the load of parasites, the much smaller bacterial infections are much easier to capture.

Look up my post of about a week or so ago talking about the miracles of MSM

Take care.

Berberine sounds great. It seems to be a natural mild antibiotic and calms down the cns. I will try it.

Cordydalis, but it can may one sleepy.

Magnesium and Fish Oil are still tops on the list. Antioxidants, too. The more color in your food the better (of course, no artificial colors - all from real food).

Food additives can cause full body and nerve pain, too, as they "excite" nerve fibers.

Being Gluten-Free, Corn-Free and Dairy-Free also helped reduce pain, all though my body. Details here:

Excitotoxins; MSG; Aspartame; & "Natural" Flavors;

How GMO foods cause pain and can destroy the GI Tract; Gluten; Dairy.

CORYDALIS described here:

I took MSM for the first time yesterday and my severe neck stiffness and pain just vanished! I could turn my neck.

It was the first time I've noticed a supplement actually work.

I'm not sure how it is on neuropathy though. I have had severe neuropathy, but now it seems to be subsiding.
