I have been treating Lyme and co's with abx's for one year.

I know that FIR saunas are great for detoxing but I have heat sensitivity.

When I get over heated my body goes into an anxiety response that is so uncomfortable and a little scary.

Does anyone have any advice on how I could incorporate a FIR sauna and not set off this heat issue I have.

Maybe it's not such a good idea for now?? I thought this would dissipate with treatment but it hasn't up till now.
