All - My LLMD has recommended I take NattoZyme with my antibiotic regimen. I forgot to ask how to take it. Should I take it with the ABX? Apart from the ABX? With food or without food?

Our LLMD has our daughter take enzymes 1/2 hour before abx, on an empty stomach.
