What works to break up biofilms?

I heard Cat's Claw. What else?

Proteolytic enzymes like vitalzyme, woebenzyme or natto zymes.

Vitalzyme is a bit more expensive but you can take less if you buy the XE version.

Parasite treatment pushes out a ton of biofilm.
It tells what is wrapped up in some of the film and why keeping the biofilm is such a negative.

So, again, unless you treat parasites, you will not see stool wrapped in saran wrap!

I see the most biofilm with Rechtsregulat, but it is usually clear. The "interesting" biofilm definitely comes out as parasite agents do their work. I do MMS enemas.

It is important to get rid of the film because it works like glue!

Take care.
