Hi all - I'm wondering whether any of you have any recommendations for supplements that can strengthen joints/ligaments.
My joints are loose, and I am a constant chiropractic patient, for spine and extremities.
Has anyone taken supplements that helped you hold your chiropractic adjustments longer?

I am very interested in this too as I have the same problem.
Any little thing, especially mopping or lifting groceries bags, takes me out of alignment!
Just rolling over on my sides in bed, I can hear my joints and spine cracking and popping.

I believe gelatin is supposed to work for this. It contains the right proteins for collagen/cartilage formation.

Can you exercise at all? Light weights would strengthen the muscles around the joints and help keep them in the right place.

Glucosamine and chondroiton and MSM help rebuild cartilige.

Thx for responses -
So has anyone tried gelatin? I remember cab drivers from Armenia telling me to boil bones and drink the broth - I tried it, but all the paint in the room started coming off the walls from the longterm steaming, so I quit!
Faithful, loose joints don't let me exercise - so I swim - great for stretching and toning.
I have no functioning methylation pathway, so no MSM.
The rest I'll look into.
Anyone else on what has strengthened joints/ligaments for you?

MSM helped me tremendously years ago when I had a back injury. I loved that supplement - as it also is good for your hair and skin. I have stopped taking it because it could dangerously recirculate heavy metals in my body.
