Asked my llmd about possible parasites. He gave me Mebendazole and Helmex.
Is it good stuff? Is it easy to tolerate?
Unfortunately Humaworm do not ship to the EU anymore, so this is no option for me.

There are Vitamin stores in Europe that carry parastroy. Google vitamin stores in Europe and then type Parastroy into search bar.
You can also search for other parasites cleanses as well. To answer your question about the Mebendazole and Helmex, they are antiparasitics. When you finish these, it's best to continue with parasite cleansing until symptom free.
Also check into the salt/c protocol at lymestrategies.

I think both of the drugs you mentioned are fairly easy to tolerate. Although for me, because I'm still pretty sick and herx a lot, I start with small doses.
Mebendazole (brand name Vermox) is no longer made in the U.S. but is available via Amazon from an Italian manufacturer. It is also found in some veterinary meds. When I took this, I took half the recommended dose, waited a day, then took the other half. I did not get a bad herx but saw lots of "results". I was just taking this as a test and have gone back to albendazole for now, but I would certainly try a longer course of this in the future.
I should mention that fenbendazole is a very similar drug and I remember reading here that some people are trying this one with success--you might do a search for that for comparison.
Helmex is a form of pyrantel. In the U.S. it is available over the counter (PinX brand) and as veterinary meds. It tends to be what people take, or give their kids, for pinworms. I think quite a number of people here have tried it or include it in their mix.
I have taken pyrantel off and on and it does produce results, but doesn't give me bad herxes. Again, I started with half the recommended dose and tolerated it well, then gradually increased it.
I think both of these are a good place to start. Just go easy and trust your own judgement as to how you respond.

I thought Vermox was going to kill me. I laugh when people say it didn't affect them much. I was shivering cold to the bone on it. I felt like death.

Mebendazole is a fairly safe drug for most people - the fact that adult and paediatric doses are the same is an indicator of this. I am aware of four paediatric patients whose Lyme was apparently cured as a result of taking this drug. However, as with any drug, you should always consult your Lyme-literate doctor first. Elena

That's why I always, always, always start with small doses. You never know how something new is going to affect you. (I took the standard dose of Albenza that the dr prescribed and was violently sick, learned my lesson.)
I think that any parasite treatment (rx, herbs, salt/C, whatever) is going to hit you pretty hard if your load is still high. You need to start off killing them slowly. I notice that over the weeks I've been treating, I am able to tolerate larger doses and am not getting such die-off problems. I think this means I'm making progress.
