I been in a lot of pain the past few weeks. Especially lower back and pelvic pain. I was told it might be a uti... Well today, I got a call from the doctor and she said it wasnt a uti, and that I have an abnormally high levels of calcium and low levels of vitamin D, and that she needs to do further testing.
Anyone know what can be causing this

How is your PTH level? I had high PTH and found out I had hyperparathyroid issues.
I had surgery this Tues and they removed 3 of the 4 parathyroids to lower the calcium levels.
We will see how it goes. I also have lower back and hip pain. I am hoping it will help it.
I wonder though..... here it is 2:00 in the morning and I am up waiting for the tramadol to kick in for pain so I can go back to sleep.
It took they a couple of years to get all the numbers to come out right and figure out it was my parathyroid that was messed up.
Might look into to it.

I would also make an appointment with an endocrinologist.

Ema, I posted info about the parathyroid on your other thread.
Vitamin D, K2, and Magnesium are all needed to distribute and regulate Calcium.
Many normal people are low on D. Most people are low on Magnesium and of you have Lyme you likely are exceptionally low as Lyme uses Magnesium instead of Iron unlike most bacteria.
Get the other three up and the Calcium may not be a problem.

Sounds like classic lyme to me...but you do need to check hormones.
