I just know of GSE. Brand might make a difference. I use NutriBiotic....the organic liquid one. Tastes strong... icky, yucky. But I think it is very good. Also hits other things like yeast, etc.

nac stuff is interesting. in the past it made me feel dramatically better. i get confused about nac. alphalipoic acid and glutathione. sometimes i am afraid i am taking too much or cancellng something out.
right now i am on a protocol with nac and alphalipoic...i think it is supposed to help the body make glutathione...but i really dont know.
this time there doesnt seem to be a dramatic change...but i am sicker.
gtammy-i will see about getting that brand...i may not be able to keep it sown if it is too icky...
thx all

One LLMD recommended Interfase Plus for biofilms. I was horribly allergic to it, but it's suppose to work.
I take high doses of bromelain now. No issues for me with this.
There was also a mention of zithromax at the lad ILADS conference.

lpkayak my dd's integrative doctor recommended she not take ALA, because she says it crosses the blood brain barrier and there may be some uncertainty about how it handles some metals, ie does it move them from other parts of the body to the brain. i didn't completely get it and didn't take it further, since my daughter is after all a kid it may be different for adults. I read about it in Dr S's book and it seems pretty helpful. We are pretty happy with NAC but low dose, 300 MG. Too much more and it seems to rile DD up.
