I have not heard of someone getting weaker as a result of treatment. At least not for any length of time.
I see you were also diagnosed with MS. That makes things a little more tricky. If you do have it, then you have two different diseases affecting you. Hopefully, it is really Lyme, but there is really no way of knowing for certain.
What frequencies are you using and how often?

- Are you ending each session with 10K ?
And only rifing for lyme every 12 days? To rife more frequently for lyme can really strain the kidneys (until one is much farther along and has no herxing to speak of - then sessions can be more frequent).
Adding liver and kidney support?
In addition to attending to mercury, are you also able to address parasites at the same time?
An spirochetes are killed off, they will release both heavy metals and parasites. So all that has to be covered (I know . . . so much to consider).
Wish you could get a LL ND to guide your treatments, a LL ND who also knows all about rife. Some do. -

- Addressing heavy metals made me feel just awful. I tried on my own to a very limited extent as never had the funds for a doctor and my regular ND just doesn't get into this (too complex even for her, she says).
I tried to Google the Metallocure you say you take just see ingredients but got zero hits.
Google asked, Do you mean:
Metallica, Metallicus, Metalcore, Metalloclear ? -

- I assume you are on good liver & kidney support but it may need to be more specific.
Problems with porphyria / HPU / KPU - came to my mind this a.m. as one explanation for worsening during treatment.
LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too. -

- Pulling out that post for your convenience:
PORPHYRIA, a metabolic dysfunction of the liver, involves the liver and the blood - and can affect the entire body and brain function, even cause severe intestinal and neurological distress. More about that here:
