I have been away for a while, but just wanted to come back to share my experience with the Salt/C, which is keeping me functioning for working full time. It gives me energy during the day and good sleep during the night. However, it seems not curative. I take twice a day, each time with 10g of sea salts and two small spoons of V-C(the spoon is provided with the product).

Right on! I think it works best when combining it with herbs. I love the way I feel when I'm on it. Are you taking equal parts of it?

Great to hear Dave! Catgirl is right about adding some antiparasitic herbs such as Parastroy. You might have to also increase the salt/c dose.
When you say 10g, do you mean mg? That would be equal to 2 tsp a day or 10,000mg. What symptoms are still bothering you?

No, g=gram=1000mg. I took 10,000mg a day for a long time in the morning. Just recently I found taking another 10 g in the evening helps sleeping a lot. You may be right that the culprits are parasites in the gut. The symptoms I sill have are painful and hot palms and soles. How strange they never went away or relieved in the past 8 years. If you are taking a total of 20gms a day, that is plenty.
Drinking coconut water is also a good idea to balance electrolytes and keep you from becoming dehydrated. Adding some antiparasitic herbs such as Parastroy would also be good.
The symptoms I had on my hands of being red and swollen are completely gone from getting rid of parasites. Parasites can cause a lot of pain.

I thought about starting a thread for anyone that is on Salt/C so we could share our results. I know that the parasite thread has some of this on it, but I would like to have one specifically for salt/c.
I am going to start tomorrow with a small dose. Don't know how many people are on this.

Exactly how much is Dave taking ? And how long has he been doing this combo ? Did it take a few months before you started feeling better ?
Dave if you have not tried ivermectin , I would suggest you do - every other day . It is powerful . I buy the equine version at Tractor Supply cheaply .

No, I didn't feel that it take a few months before I started feeling better and no hex either. I just feel good if I take it.
