I've never really understood the reasoning behind getting the flu being proof that your immune system is working.

But I've got an old fashioned flu. Aches, chills, 101 temp.
Sad thing was I just thought I was herxing til I couldn't get warm... Then I thought I should take my temp.

So... Looking for a silver lining... Is this a good thing?

It is true, this is the first time I have had a temp in years.

Thanks Steve. Basically divided. Not finding a silver lining though. I forgot how miserable you feel with the flu.

Fevers tend to help I think. The bugs do not want to be too hot.

If fact, many with lyme have consistently low body temp.
