the past few days I have had an intense craving for OJ... I have not drunk OJ since I was a kid. I can't in my life ever remember craving juice. I don't think it is a yeast craving as I have not been craving sweets or breads. I still don't want to waste the calories and sugar on a glass of OJ... so I have just been adding some to sparkliing water... But I am unusually thirsty for Juice.

do you think I need Vit C?

I did just have the flu last week--- maybe I need potassium?

any other thoughts?

To avoid too much sugar, why not go buy an orange?? ( more if you think your yeast won't go crazy )

Have you eaten anything very salty? I always crave OJ after Chinese food.

OMG, craving orange juice out of nowhere sounds so familiar.

I went through the same in 2009 or '10 do not remember exactly when, but the craving came suddenly and I could not stop drinking OJ.
Just want to mention that the only juice I ever drink is cranberry.

Craving lasted for few months and I could not explain why. I even mentioned this to my LLMD but he had no explanation.

It could be related to alkaline-acidic balance in a body?

And craving for OJ went away on its own. Strange.

Oh wow. I had this phase too.

It was a couple years ago. I was in Lyme treatment. Out of nowhere, I started craving orange juice. It was all I wanted.

I'd never been an orange juice drinker, or even much of a juice drinker. For about 2 months, I drank diluted orange juice like crazy.

Then it passed. Weird.

Lol. Only on lyme net would people not only understand, but experienced it too!

Did eat an orange tutu... Still wanted the juice.

Thanks all.
