Hi all, 2 weeks ago my neuro said I was low in B12 so I went to the pharma and got sub-lingual B12 3000mcg.
Since then I have a red rash with dots on the top of my feet. They really itch at night. I thought it was eczema, but the eczema cream didn't help. It corresponds with the b-12 but the rash seems too localized to be an allergic reaction.
Anyone else get this?

It very well could be an allergic reaction to one of the inactive ingredients in the B12 supplement...
Might try one from a health food store instead, and carefully examine the ingredients to make sure there is no food coloring or other artificial junk.
Also, make sure you get methylcobolamin or hydroxycobolamin instead of cyanocobolamin. The Cyano- type is more difficult for the body to process (has to be converted to methyl or hydroxyl anyway, plus has to detox the cyano part).

Most sub-lingual products contain sugar.
What's strange is .. I have had a little rash on my feet too! I thought it was from some oils I was using.. but maybe it's not.

I have trouble with b12. I'm allergic to a lot of metals.
