Our llmd is thinking my 3 boys are ready to be taken off meds! This is very scary for me! Although happy, scary too!

Any suggestions on what I should continue to do once they are off meds?

I have not been on here in a long time! My anxiety and panic attacks are through the roof! Not sure how to get it under control!

Anyways, if you have any good suggestions for my boys, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks a bunch!!!

What kind and what dose is your FISH OIL?

What kind and what dose is your magnesium?

Taking Taurine? It helps.

Lithium Orotate?

All are helpful to lower the overactive NMDA neuro receptors that can cause anxiety.

Adrenal support helps, too.

Liver support can also help to lower the over excited nerve reactions.

I just went back to re-read and missed that this is about your sons. My eyes just jumped over that to begin with.

Still, some links above are good to consider for all, those most were geared for your notes about anxiety and panic attacks.

If your anxiety and panic attacks are not yet under control, has your LLMD considered BARTONELLA? Support methods can help but of all the tick infections that can cause anxiety and panic attacks, bartonella can be one that really goes for panic.

As for your sons, this is great news. No need to worry as that never helps, ever. Just take good care of them, continue to teach them to take good care of themselves and

just be mindful of any changes that might need attention. If those pop up, it's just information and you'll take necessary action at that time.

Good nutrition and a healthful life style is now the order of the day for your boys. That's something to celebrate.

Some go to Cowden herbs Samento and Banderol when coming off antibiotics for Lyme...

I did. I thought it was useful- another layer-

I agree with transitioning to herbs. Also, my llmd has me pulsing instead of abruptly stopping.

After my one kid stopped abx, on my own I started her on Byron White A-L Complex and Raintree Amazon C-F. Started at 3 drops each and worked up to 15 drops each. Did that for about 3-4 months then stopped. She seems fine, but I'll forever worry about her EVERY time she gets and ache or pain or fever or sniffle. Lyme has changed me completely and not for the best! Sometimes the worry of being a parent, excuse me, sucks!

They usually tell you to continue with the abx for 2 months after you stop being symptomatic.

If I could do it again, I'd put them on herbals/homeopathics immediately after stopping the abx.

Best of luck to you and your boys!

I have read many stories of people taking argentyn 23 a safe nano version of colloidal silver . I would investigate this - there are LLMDs who use it .

It got some people over lyme who had zero improvement with ABX , and others who could not take ABX at all . Many posts at various health boards can be found .
