can you herx on this stuff? cause man, oh man, i took two capsules, well cause it said two is the recommended dosage...
took it about 2 or 3...by 9 or 10 my head was splitting open. i've had migraines but this was beyond migraine. i felt like my head was going to explode.
my neck and shoulders also hurt but nothing like my head. i could barely move it on the pillow.
why just my head?
also this is soooo wierd. ya know that every day abdominal pain i get. well it's better. can't relate the two but something wierd is going on with this oreganomax.

I was taking Oregaresp for yeast and it knocked me out for several hours after each dose.

It kills all kinds of fungus - candida and others . It does help me with asthma ! Maybe take a half dose for a while .

Oregano oil hits a ton of different stuff. Proceed slowly!! It's strong!!!

I agree that it is probably working primarily on candida -- but it does hit many other things. Viruses are another possibility of what it could be working on. In my opinion will have no effect on lyme or babesia -- not really sure it would be strong enough for bartonella either.
Oregano oil can definitely help get rid of bad G.I. bacteria in my opinion. Be sure to take that separate from your good bacteria to help get things in balance.
Also agree that it might be best to start at half dose of less. Hubby learned the hard way to always start meds and supplements at half dose or even quarter dose.
In my opinion it is better to start slow and gradually increase doses rather than having to stop meds or supplements entirely when the herx or side effects are too hard to handle.

Yes, that stuff is so strong!! I couldn't tolerate it when I tried it quite a while back.. Been thinking about breaking the capsule in half and trying it again that way.
It hits candida as well as viruses..maybe even some bacteria, so it packs a punch! The one I tried was called OregaResp.
