Parents are faced with very difficult decisions when it comes to vaccinating their children.
It is my personal opinion that
1) we should avoid giving them the flu shot and gardasil, and
2) when considering whether or not to give them a particular shot to get their titers checked first. Sometimes, kids end up having immunity despite the fact they haven't had any/all their shots, and
3) as parents we need to decide how critical or not certain vaccines are, given our circumstances and we need to have detailed discussions with all our kids' docs on these matters.
For instance, IMO, it's important to get your kid vaccinated for meningitis if he/she is going away to college.
Anyway, here is the vaccine protocol I've been given. I hope it helps.

To help strengthen immune system prior to vaccine per LLMD:
�Low dose Naltrexone from compounding pharmacy (start at 1mg and titrate up to 3mg) � can take several months to see increased NKC
�Astragalus 500 mg bid
��Immune Assist� spray � 4 sprays into mouth bid (this is transfer factor)
�Immunotix 500 mg once daily � (this is beta glucan)

LLMD vaccine protocol:
�Vitamin C 1000 mg a few times daily � start a few days before vaccine
�Zinc 20 mg (not sulfate) � start a few days before vaccine
�Can also do Seagate Olive Leaf Extract 3 days before and 3 days after vaccine

PLUS LLND protocol:
Dose these (homeopathics) the day before, the day of and the day after the vaccine:
�Vaccinosis � 10 drops bid
�Viral immune � 10 drops bid
�Ledum 30c � 4 pellets bid

That Immunotix stuff is very expensive and hard to find.
