I usually only have herx symptoms. I added Cefdinir a month ago and had continual headaches for that time period.
I stopped it for 2 days and the headaches have gone away, so to me this doesn't behave like a herx or die-off symptom.
"headaches" is listed as one of the drug's side affects.
Has anyone else noticed or experienced this?
I am thinking about switching to amoxicillan, but that's a BUNCH more pills per day.
I am currently on BactrimDS, Tini, Azith and now the addition of Cefdinir (along with Nystatin).
I've searched here and didn't really find anything about headaches pertaining to taking Cefdinir (or Omnicef).
Thank you for any insight.....

Headaches may be part of a herx. Herxheimer reactions for me include headache and fatigue.
What are you doing for liver support? Giving the liver what it needs to make glutathione will help it to clear out toxins left behind by the dead Lyme bacteria.

I've been treating over 4 years and only had headaches when I was treating Babesia....never had constant headaches...hmm.. just reaching a different plateau?
I am taking milk thistle, NAC, ALA, and a ton of other supplements....
Just concerned because this has been a month straight....
