Good question,,,, I'm two months into trying this myself.

I started with taking 10 drops Cryptolepis twice a day and worked up to 1 tsp (about 120 drops) twice a day. Then added Sida Acuta at the same ramp up. My first 4 oz bottles were done this am.

Later today I start with the Woodland Essance Sida acuta/Cryptolepis/Alchornea cordifolia blend.

There are others here posting about liposomal artimisinin ( compounded ) working well for them.
