I am looking into this for my sinus pressure/head pressure.. any thoughts? Could it interact with Mepron and Bactrim DS? What's the best brand?

I have used the Sovereign Silver brand for sinus infections before and it works well.

I would recommend it. It helps me when tinnitus and ear pain gets bad. Vitacost has some and it pretty cheap. Around $8.00 a bottle.
