Our son's doctor is recommending the ispot test from Pharmasan after Igenex showed IND on 41 IgG and IgM, all else negative. We are trying to get some confirmation for a case that probably started 13 years ago and has been ruining life steadily for the last 5. Thank you!

Never heard of it. There's a test through Advanced Labs that is a culture test. You could try that. Has he done a CD57?

Any more experiences with ISPOT? Can it help determine when to go off abx?

Someone else was asking about this test recently. As with all lyme tests the results are mixed. Here is the previous post. Follow the links I posted there.
I should add this comment. Why do you need a positive test? Is it for insurance purposes or for the doc? If the doc will not treat clinically then you probably should be looking for another doc rather than doing another test in my opinion.

Thanks Bea.
I have been on abx for 6 years, and I'd like to stop. I was wondering if this test could determine that. My CD57 is in the fifties though and that means?????
