These are results from a previous test but an llmd had me test through Quest recently; tonight they called and said all is negative.... Could this mean I don't have lyme? So sick and confused...

You may still have it. It means you have two bands that showed up positive.
You've been here 10 yrs?? Have you been treated before?
"In my clinical experience, if a patient has symptoms suspicious for borreliosis, and has one or more of the following bands, there is a very high probability the patient has borreliosis.
These bands are 18, 22, 23-25, 28, 30, 31, 34, 37, 39, 41, 83, and 93.
[---- from DR C's update from 2005 --- ----The significant antibodies, in my opinion, are the 18, 23-25, 28, 30, 31, 34, 39, 58, 66 and 93.----]"

9 cross-reactive for Borrellia 12 specific for Bb 18 unknown 20 cross-reactive for Borrellia 21 unknown 22 specific for Bb, probably really the 23/25 band 23-25 outer surface protein C (OspC), specific for Bb 28 unknown 30 unknown; probably an outer surface protein; common in European and one California strain 31 outer surface protein A (OspA), specific for Bb 34 outer surface protein B (OspB); specific for Bb 35 specific for Bb 37 specific for Bb 38 cross-reactive for Bb 39 is a major protein of Bb flagellin; specific for Bb 41 flagellin protein of all spirochetes; this is usually the first to appear after a Bb infection and is specific for all Borrellia 45 cross-reactive for all Borellia (sometimes people with Lyme who have this band positive also have the co-infection Ehrlichiosis) 50 cross-reactive for all Borrellia 55 cross-reactive for all Borrellia 57 cross-reactive for all Borrellia 58 unknown but may be a heat-shock Bb protein 60 cross reactive for all Borrellia 66 cross-reactive for all Borrelia, common in all bacteria 83 specific antigen for the Lyme bacterium, probably a cytoplasmic membrane 93 unknown, probably the same protein in band 83, just migrates differently in some patients

Thank you...Yup, 10 years...been sick for 15. Have had five llmds and almost 9 years of treatment....This number were from a test done in 2004....My current llmd just retested for lyme and co's through Igenex.....I've been having the most awful abdominal pain that I can't even describe other than to say its crippling (along with other lyme sx) and I feel broken and at my wits end....went to ER a few weeks ago and the 28 year old resident at Yale was probably the worst doc I've dealt with; didn't want to hear Lyme...Contemplating going to another ER tomorrow where my MIL works; maybe she can get in touch with some drs before I get there. There has to be something for this GI pain; its unreal...Any suggestions/advice? I don't want to live if this is my life now...

Well, there's no need for testing then. What about your IgM? That is one the to show chronic Lyme.
As for the abdominal pain I would suspect yeast or gluten.
here is a recent discussion that may have ideas for you....
