Tested positive - homozygous MHTFR C677T and need to start taking Nattokinase or Lumbrokinase and Serrapeptase.

I found a product called Neprinol AFD which has 15,000 FU Sysemic and Liplytic Enzyme Blend of serrapeptase, nattokinase and lipase. Seeking feedback from anyone that has used this product.

Also, if anyone can recommend what they use I would appreciate it.

Need to get started on this right away.
